During the next 12 months, the two companies will work together on the strategic integration of their operations. With the merger of the two businesses, ACS-Amistco will be one of the largest manufacturers of separation and mass transfer products in its markets, which include chemicals, oil and gas, wastewater and power generation, among others. It will have market leading shares for its two key products –mist eliminators and mass transfer products – in North America, with significant opportunity to grow domestically and internationally.

ACS-Amistco will benefit from streamlined operations, acceleration of growth opportunities, and deeper resources and management expertise to more effectively run the business and implement new operational strategies. ACS-Amistco will be headquartered in Houston, Texas.
